Retail
Best for shops, retailers, and businesses that import products and sell them.
Products are managed through purchase bills and sales. A purchase bill adds stock, and an invoice/sale reduces stock automatically.
Stock is not meant to be changed randomly one product at a time. If stock comes in, save a purchase bill. If stock goes out, save a sale. This keeps product cost, stock quantity, and reports accurate.
Business Performance uses Total Sales minus Cost Of Products Sold minus Other Expenses. This is important for stock-heavy businesses like skincare shops, because buying stock is not the same as losing money that month. Products may stay in inventory for weeks or months, so the report counts product cost only when those products are sold in the selected period.
